Your account

Use an email address you can access, and do not share your password. The account's owner is responsible for what is done in it.

A company's owner or an admin invites colleagues and is responsible for the people they invite.

Plans

Solo is free: one user and up to 3 suppliers. Team and Business are turned on by hand for now: write to hello@vendalign.com.

When payments arrive, we will tell you the prices in advance. A paid plan starts only once you agree to it.

Settings → Plan shows how many people and suppliers your plan allows. At the limit you cannot add more, but everything already uploaded stays.

Your data

Price lists, products, prices and orders belong to your company. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you.

Upload only files you have the right to use.

What you may not do

• break into the service or other people's accounts;
• overload the service on purpose or get around plan limits;
• upload viruses or files that harm the service or other people;
• use Vendalign for anything illegal.

How the service works

Vendalign is young, and we keep improving it. We work to keep it running without breaks or errors and back up the database every night, but we cannot guarantee it. The service is provided as is.

Vendalign helps you compare prices; you decide what to order. Before a large order, check the prices against the supplier's price list. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may close an account that breaks these terms. Unless the breach puts the service or other people at risk, we will write first and give you time to fix it.

Changes

We will email the account's address before any significant change. If you keep using Vendalign after that, you agree to the new terms.
